Returns (Only for Defective or Wrong Products)
We accept returns only if:

No returns are accepted for products that are not defective or for incorrect orders made by customers.
To process a return, the item must be:

Refunds / Replacement
After verifying the returned item, we will provide:

Full replacement for defective or wrong items

Refund for the defective/incorrect product only
Refund is issued only for the defective or wrongly delivered product, not for the complete order unless all items are defective.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are physically damaged due to mishandling, burnt, altered, or used incorrectly are not eligible for return or refund.
